Crystal Correces joins this week on Capture Crew Podcast.

You’re going to want to listen to this episode with a notebook, because Crystal shares so many insightful tidbits!

Crystal is a WLMA Co-Founder and Creative Entrepreneur who is Board Certified in Holistic Health. She uses a holistic coaching approach to help clients overcome obstacles and maintain healthy habits so they can make positive changes to grow themselves and their career. Her approach is a result-oriented, personal-centered plan that builds on strengths, rather than focusing on weaknesses.

Do you ever just feel like you’re not aligned with your values or purpose in life? Do you feel stuck and not sure where to start? Or maybe you’re just feeling like something is not working for you. We’ve all been there, this episode is for you.

Our talk with Crystal goes deep into the many layers of human psyche and why we often hold ourselves back from taking the next step.

In this podcast, you’ll learn helpful tips on how to create experiences even in your everyday life to help you get unstuck and find motivation again.

Did you know there are habit loops, or “ANTS”, as Crystal calls them, that cause you to get hung up in negative patterns and hold yourself back from taking action in your life and business? These are thoughts we’ve all experienced but you’ll be surprised to hear some of them. Even the most self-aware individuals may find you subconsciously commit some of these thought patterns.

The great news is once you can identify the thought patterns holding you back, you can open yourself up to growth.

Two helpful things to keep in mind as you’re on your journey:

  1. Understand your core values and mission in life.
  2. Find alignment in who you are and what you value.

So when is the best time to work on yourself, mind, body and soul?

“Ready is not a feeling. It’s a decision.”

You can create the life you want.

Dig deep. Have a plan.

Ask questions until you find what works for you and then make sure it lines up with your purpose, values and goals. You got this!
